Las Vegas ranks as the number one “Most Livable City” due to its pro-business attitude, low tax burden, employment opportunities and product growth. The hottest thing in this country right now is Las Vegas Real Estate. If we wanted to buy a home in the Bay Area, we’d have to come up with a huge chunk for a down payment and then our monthly mortgage payments would be enormous.
